Question regarding payment agreement
On my payment agreement, I indicated that I will be using OSAP and McMaster Scholarships in order to pay off my tuition. I am worried because when I went to pick up my loan certificates, the lady I was talking to told me that she will deposit all of the OSAP money I am entitled to for the fall term towards my personal bank account at RBC, and not towards my student account. Out of $8000 I owe, about $5000 (scholarship money) was deducted from my tuition thus far. However, having selected OSAP as a payment option, my balance indicates 0.00, which I know cannot be true since all of my OSAP money will be deposited into my bank account. So my question is, will it indicate on my payment agreement at a later time that I owe money? If I chose the OSAP flex plan, when is the tuition actually due?

You could have told her that you wanted your OSAP to go towards McMaster. Sometimes they make mistakes, they are human after all. You should call Accounts and Cashiers tomorrow and see what you have to do.

The payment agreement is just for the initial payment. If you want to view your Student Account Balance, you can do so in MUGSI (Accounts and Cashiers then Student Account). Positive balances mean you owe the school money, negative balances mean the school owes you money.

If it's a balance of 0 then you don't have to pay anything. Where do you see "cancel" and "pay now" only?
