random question about blender
Does fruit lose its nutritional value when it's blended? I'm thinking about buying a blender, so wanna ask you guys

Blending might introduce some oxidation to the nutrients.

However, it enhances the absorbance of any nutrients present as the liquid form is very easily digested and absorbed. So many nutrients are quickly absorbed by the body when fruits are blended!
