If, for example, I lived in rez for 3 months and want to move out to live elsewhere. Is it possible for the school to refund money back according to the time I've lived in rez?

Also, can we pay the money on a term-by-term basis? i.e. term 1, pay $2500, term 2, pay $2500.

You can pay term by term, it's an option when you fill out your payment agreement. I believe you can also pay 25% or something up front and then make 6 equal monthly payments from October to March to cover tuition, residence, and meal plan.
