I'm going into my third year, but I switched programs so I'm going into second year of the program.. do I register on the date for third years or second years? :/

I think you would register with the second year students, since you are going to second year of that program.

whatever you're currently enrolled in. quick way to check is to go on solar now to see what day it says available for the fall 2012 session (it will be greyed out now, but it says the date it opens up for you)
