When it says student ID, what does that mean?

the first part of your last name then the first letter of your first name. THAT'S the student ID. I guess it's whatever you type in before @mcmaster.ca for your McMaster email.

It could also include the first letter of your middle name if you have one.

Basically it's whatever you use to log into MUGSI with. It's on your student card.

I went on the site to register my iClicker and I found this:

"*Your student ID is assigned to you by your school. You may have more than one possible "student ID" (e.g. your email address, your Blackboard ID, a numeric ID). Your instructor likely has instructions about which student ID to use. Check your syllabus or with your instructor."

O.o hmm, what if i need it for more than one class and a prof wants the numeric ID while another prof wants the mugsi login thingyyy??? i'm soooooo confused!

Has that actually happened? All the classes where I've used the iClicker they ask you to register your Student ID.

Do you have to register your iClicker for each course individually? Or once you register once the school knows that "THIS" iClicker is used by THIS student for all of his courses Xd.
