Reinstated/transcript question
Hey MI,
I was reinstated this year into Btech, initially was in Physics. Had some medical issues that messed me up. They reset my gpa to 0.0/0 units. So I got a fresh start. Now my question is, are my old fail marks still traceable? are they erased ?
I am asking because of future professional/grad school apps.

What's up with your first name..? You might want to change that. I'm sure someone can/will answer your question..if not..e-mail/phone the Registrar?

Dick is a relatively common short form for "Richard"...
And yeah, I think the marks are erased, but you should double check.

Pretty common. Dr. Richard Day in the psychology department calls himself Dick Day on course outlines and his courseware. The courseware has "Dr. Dick Day" printed on it. SO yeah ya'all need to mature a bit

Other students who have been reinstated may be able to offer more advice, but a quick call to your faculty office should clear things up as well.
^ What Noor said.

Noor strikes again. I didn't know. Doesn't mean I'm being immature about it, so no, not really.

I think you start from the beginning. If you want to make sure just talk to Arlene, she is if the first year b.tech academic advisor.
