Does anyone have Dr. Rowe's office hours...or where his office is for that matter?

His office is room 126 UH.
You could e-mail him at [email protected] to set one up.

His office hours are 3-4 mondays, or by appointment.

You could also try check your course syllabus seeing as how that kind of information should be on there...
