Has anyone take Relig St 3F03??? I am doing a minor in religious studies and not sure what this course is like? Dr. Carter is teaching it. What is she like?

i took it 2 years ago, and while i didn't really appreciate theory at the time i found it valuable. you learn about the primary theorists in religious studies, what they thought or fought for, and what they did.

dr. carter is a fantastic prof, i wish i could have had her more. interesting lecturer, really nice and helpful outside of class.

I didn't really like 3F03, but I did do really well in it.

The readings were boring, and most of the time I didn't finish them (Dr. Carter highlights the parts she finds most important/interesting in lectures, so I just highlighted those parts in my course pack).

Dr. Carter is an amazing professor. She's incredibly helpful, and she makes the material a bit more "light" by joking about it. Her exams are more than fair, and marking is also fairly done. I wish I had a class with her this year!
