No problem! And I think that's pretty much good enough for most programs, but there's no harm in raising it after second term . You could email Kathy McIntosh and find out the exact cutoff for last year, but it doesn;t really mean anything since it depends on the applicants and changes from year to year. Good luck

9.5 is fine for biopsych, biochem, physio, molec/gene and h bio.

As of last year.

Physio I got in long after the deadline (I applied to the other four, decided I didn't like any and contacted Kathy. She let me in within like 3, 4 days).

An 8-9 will probably be fine, but of course aim as high as you can. It depends a lot on demand.
