Well, technically you can just wait a long time, the longer you wait the more chances that everyone has been in the room (Since there is no consequence if everyone has been in the room and no one says anything).
However, there are many things on the body that you can use to leave a mark. Teeth for example.
The thought that I would have is to break the lightbulb and use a shard to scratch the wall.

Haha, I love the idea with the teeth lmao.
But, there is a totally logical solution to this problem where the prisoner in the room will know with 100% certainty.

The breaking the the lightbulb and using it to scratch the wall isn't it? That is pretty logical.

You can't break the lightbulb. The warden really likes it.

What kind of rule is that? If I accidentally drop it?

You quoted my post too fast before I editted it
The warden really likes it!
Plus, the lightbulb is in the light socket on the ceiling, you can't drop it

I don't see why not; But the warden doesn't really have any answers to give you.

So, it definitively has to do with the lightbulb and turning it off and on?
I'm assuming you can't stick your finger up your ass and make a mark on the wall :\ (Desperate times call for desperate measures, anything to get out of prison!)

Does it have anything to do with how long a light bulb lasts before burning out... or probability? I hate math ;(

You've got to use math to do this problem. I would do it but it's 2:30 AM.

To solve this problem, you do not have to use any math whatsoever. You just need to identify the logical system the prisoners can use. And the lightbulb doesn't burn out.
And yes, turning the bulb on/off is key to solving this.
