Room for Rent: Subletting only $350

Subletting my room for only $350 a month.
The house is on Royal street, which is a 5 min walk to the campus.
The price comes with all utilities included.
The room is located in the first floor, and you have the floor to yourself.
Parking is available.
You can move in immediately, I already paid for the month of Sept. so you can enjoy the rest of this month free.
