I have a question about anyone who is/has taken this course? For the exam there are short answers in which you have to provide the right definition. Would you lose marks if you misspelled the word by 1-2 letters?

Also, for the readings is it based solely on the courseware of is it on other things as well?

do you not remember the Midterm that we had? it's going to be exactly like that but twice as long. And no. If you spell Koinonos as Koinosos they won;t care. If you spell Jesus with three Q's and a K then yes your going to lose marks.

Anything is fair game. Those random movies on the list are referenced in the readings, and the coursewear doesn;t have everything on the reading list. everything in class and the syllabus is fair game.

I took the course last year.

Did the prof give you a list of terms to know? If so, know those terms! I focused the majority of my studying time on those terms, even making countless numbers of crosswords (I hate studying when it's boring, so I always try to add games), and got a 90 on the exam. Even the names of movies that you didn't watch and are mentioned once in the courseware, but are listed among those terms are important.

I thought the exam was easy, but I have friends who really struggled. They didn't focus on the terms, and ignored all the ones that didn't seem obvious to them.
