scholarships
Hello,
I'm in second year faculty of science.
Is there any other scholarships that we can apply other than Queen Elizabeth?

Check the SFAS website, most scholarships are non-application though.

Can we apply to Queen Elizabeth after 2nd year? Like if we didn't get it first year?

Yes, you just apply to OSAP before the deadline which was June 25th this year.

I don't think you can apply for it, if you didn't get it the first time (it's based off of highest marks from your graduating class at your school(?), I think).

Oh, I totally read that question too fast.
You're right. You cannot apply to the QEII in Level II, it also cannot be amended. You can only apply to renew the scholarship provided you received it the year before.

Ya, I'm pretty sure you can; however, you probably won't get as much as someone who has high grades and is also on OSAP, since QEII is partially based on financial need.

Yes, when you apply for OSAP you are also applying for the QEII scholarship at the same time. The deadline was quite some time ago though.

I have been following the undergraduate registration guide for 2010 and it says that the deadline for OSAP applications is July 15th. |

That is true for OSAP (if you want/need it to appear on your payment agreement), but the QEII scholarship has a separate deadline.
EDIT: (So I'm supposing that jhan523 meant QEII, not OSAP, when he said the deadline was June 25th.)

That's ok. I've had some setbacks so I haven't applied yet but I'll be doing it tomorrow and I came across your post and it made me second guess the deadline |
