Email the prof. Technically they are not supposed to release the final marks but sometimes they do. If they don't release it to you ask for your final exam mark and use the marks you know already and the mark breakdown given to you in your syllabus to calculate your mark.

If they won't supply you with your final mark, they won't supply you with your final exam mark either. It's also against policy to supply students with the necessary information to calculate their final mark.

When you email your prof, explain your situation, so that if he/she won't give you your mark, they can at least tell you if you need to make the adjustments to your other courses. Like, if you need a 8 in your summer school course in order to take another course you've registered for, tell the prof that when you ask for your mark. That way, if they won't give you your mark, they can at least tell you "you did/didn't get an 8 so you can/cannot take the other course."
