According to today's McMaster's Daily News front page, staff members were "[c]elebrating 169 employees and nearly 4,000 years of service". Hm.
So I suppose, having been publicized, that this is not exactly a secret of McMaster, but it is nonetheless surprising: McMaster was founded sometime around 1990 BCE, which means that McMaster is as old as....
- Stonehenge,
- the domestication of horses,
- and the Olmec civilization of modern-day Mexico.
Hm......who'd a thunk it.....

About those ABB tunnels...
Was the Thode. Watching in fascination as a man (I think he was maintenance or custodial, he had the uniform on) busted out keys, opened it and when on his merry way. I wanted to follow him, but I'm not sneaky.
For a brief moment, I saw those blue-white walls, an unexplored and quite place on campus...beckoning...

- Brandon Hall is the only building on campus to be hit by the Ten Plagues of Egypt
- Health Sci Library is actually the quietest library on campus, if you can handle the aura of arrogance that surrounds it like a thick fog
- It's called COMMONS, not CENTRO, KAY?
- Thode 2F is actually great for gaming when your internet at home is capped out, if you can get a cubby or a corner/window seat
