Q: How do I pay my long distance phone bill?
A: While registering for long distance services online you should have provided pre-authorization information such as a credit card or bank account details. If you need to set up or change your pre-authorization information please do so at this site: http://telecom.mcmaster.ca/rezphone.cfm
Your account/credit card will automatically be debited for your long distance charges each month. For example, your September long distance calls will be invoiced via email in October. The money will be debited from the account details provided on the first banking day in November. Therefore, your final bill charges will be debited on the first banking day of June.
