Paying SelectCom Bill
I signed up for the rezphone service, and received my first bill, but I'm not exactly sure where/how to pay. It mentions something about a place on campus to pay by debit, or preauthorizing payments... what?

When you picked up your keys at the beginning of the year did you give them a void cheque or banking information? If you did, that was supposed to go to preauthorized payments for the long distance. If you didn't I would suggest calling UTS on Monday and asking them. Mine was preauthorized in first year cause I gave them my banking info at the beginning of the year.

As kokosas mentioned, at the beginning of the year you HAD to give them a void cheque or credit card information. If you didn't, they wouldn't let you use the service.

Payment should be automatic.

Even though I'm sure I registered my Visa with SelectCom, I always payed my bill using online banking. I don't know what bank you use, but I just set up SelectCom as a bill payee, and transferred the money as soon as I got my bill every month.

Talk to UTS in the morning Steven, it's obviously changed since I was in first year so maybe they only do it through online banking now? I don't know but UTS will. Their website and ext is above.
