Hi, I was wondering how long the Dropbox outside the SFAS Office in GH takes to process the contents in the dropbox? I recently put in some required OSAP documents that I forgot about during the summer (Signatures and such) this Monday but its Thursday now and my OSAP status still hasn't changed to so I can't receive my OSAP.

They take it in twice a day I believe. Then processing is up to the number of staff and the amount of documents which must be processed. It'll take a while as signatures aren't the only things being handed in. There are OSAP request changes, letters of continuations, scholarship and bursaries, etc...
