Yes.
And I wouldn't change them any less often if I showered at night...

I prefer to shower in the evening, usually. I find it easier to sleep if I've gotten rid of the grime of the day. As someone with very sun-sensitive skin, I wear sunscreen every day, no matter what the weather or temperature is like. When I'm trying to sleep, I can still sort of feel it if I haven't showered, and I don't like it.
However, if it's really hot out and I'm at my Mac-house (read: lacking A/C), I'll often just do a quick once-over with a wet washcloth in the evening, and then take a real shower in the morning after I've been sweating all night. But beyond that, yeah, I prefer evening.
As far as hair, if a comb can't tame it and a cupped-hand of water isn't enough, I either slap on a hat or shove my head under the shower for a few seconds to re-soak it. My hair is largely untameable to begin with, so a bit of a cockatiel-head doesn't matter much to me.

I shower in the morning. Mainly because I feel fresh and awake after morning shower. My hair doesn't take long to fix and I like having my hair down the whole day. Since I have long, curly hair I comb it after I shower and put baby oil on my hair to make it easier for me to comb my hair.

For me, it really depends. I shower whenever it's free and, most of the time, when I finish exercising. That's mostly in the evening, but sometimes I switch it around, especially if I don't have classes in the morning.

If you live in the dorm, there's really only one thing that dictates when you shower...
Hot. Water.

Morning for sure, evening as well if you worked out, were sweating due to the heat etc.
Although it is an amazing feeling to shower after a long day and go to bed right after

Evening.
I don't know why but when I take a shower, my body heats up and this makes me extremely sleepy. So it helps me fall asleep at night, I suppose. I wish I could be a morning shower-er, but then I'd probably walk three feet out of the bathroom and fall asleep on the floor for another 9 hours.
