Yes, and you can switch around your sections as well. Make sure you've had your payment agreement confirmed at least once before the 8th or 9th though.

Yep, timetables are released on the 8th and SOLAR re-opens on August 10th at 8:30 am.

They are released BY August 8th. Your timetable could be ready any time between now and then.

But on MUGSI, it says that "Personal timetables are scheduled to be released ON August 8."
I don't think that the timetables will be released before that.

so once you can access mugsi and solar again this means all course restrictions are off right? so that means classes are fair game?

The restricted seats should open up, yes. But getting onto SOLAR along with every other undergrad might be the problem instead :/
