This thing is killing me!
Two of the courses I selected were Math 1M03 and Spanish 1A03 and I have all the requirements for both courses (I took spanish in grade 11 and grade 12 and I took Advanced Functions over the summer in 2009)
How do I let them know that before the day is over? And if for any reason this doesn't work, can I select other 'random' courses and later try to switch - is that possible?

Yes, you can add random courses and switch later.

I had the same problem with Spanish 1A03 last year. I had to supply a high school transcript to the Humanities AAs so they could verify I met the requirements, but by the time it got corrected the course was full. I asked the same AA (Jennifer, i believe her name was) by email if it was possible to have them let me know when a space became available. a few days later, she called me to say a spot was open, and she held it for me. Hopefully it works out well for you too.
