SOLAR not working...again.
So I've had some troubles with MUGSI and SOLAR the past week. I have been able to get on MUGSI, although sometime's it's only text, no graphics at all. But when I try to access SOLAR, none of the links working when clicked...nothing happens at all (I'm talking about those registration, payment agreement, MBA registration, etc. links once you agree to the SOLAR terms). Been happening all week and won't work on Chrome or Safari.

Anyone else have this problem and if so, is there a way to work around this glitch?
