This is not in any way unusual...SOLAR is working just as well as it always does.

That's why people fight to get on at midnight when it opens, because if they wait until the morning (or even 4am) then their electives tend to be full.

Of course it's possible. Nobody can really say how probable it is, though. And there's no reason to give up on June 30th.

Basically, you just keep trying any time SOLAR is open, up until the first week or so of September (or, if it's a term 2 course, until the beginning of January).
