SOLAR - Payment Agreement Issue 2007
SOLAR & Payment Agreement Issue

NOTE: THIS POST WAS FROM 2007 AND IS NOW OUT OF DATE.

[Update 3:30pm: It is now confirmed, the SOLAR issue mentioned below is now a non-issue and has been fixed. If you made changes to your Payment Agreement and found yourself no longer able to access SOLAR, try now... it should work!]

[Update 2:30pm: An M.I. member has said this has been fixed and he is able to get into SOLAR now when he wasn't able to this morning. I have to confirm, but the problem may have been corrected]

If you update and re-confirm your Payment Agreement you will be temporarily not be able to get into SOLAR until August 10th. This is a bug, and it is in the process of being corrected.

Therefore, for those who have already accepted your Payment Agreement, make sure to do all your changes in SOLAR before doing any changes to your Payment Agreement, because once you re-confirm your Payment Agreement you will temporarily not be able to get back into SOLAR. If you have made changes to your Payment Agreement lately and can no longer access SOLAR, please wait while the issue is being corrected and you will be able to get back into SOLAR shortly to be able to make class changes.

Why change your payment agreement? Some students recently recieved scholarships (entrance, faculty, etc) that they want to apply to take money off their tuition fee, which requires updating of their P.A.

This has nothing to do with the Personal Timetable system, since it is now working properly.
