For some reason, I have this strong impression that you must save a country to get into a med school.
Working at a hospital is just so common now that it doesn't even stand out.

Can you recommend any good EC activities that will make you competitive enough for med school interviews?

I know some people will say stuff like "do what you enjoy the most", but honestly, I don't have any experience whatsoever so I don't even know what I like... but I'd love to try something new for this summer!

I would also like to know. I know 2 people who had surgeries performed by McMaster student doctors (whatever the fuck they are called) that ended up in surgery being repeated by someone older. In one of those cases the guy fucked it all up so badly, a woman lost her eye sight.

It's like they actually make students dumber over there.

"The victim met with the two men at a hotel bar on Queen St. W. and University Ave. Sunday, police said. The men said they would provide her with career advice, police added."

Good thing the OP is asking for career advice advice on here.
