St. Catharines Student Housing
Hello Students,
Queenston Residences is an off campus housing facility in downtown St. Catharines, ON In the past we have had several McMaster Co-op students reside at our residences during their Co-op terms, so I will take a bit of time to tell you about our beautiful student only building.
We are a 4 story, 23 shared accommodation apartments, 68 beds, brand new building completed in 2016, located steps from downtown St. Catharines, and a bus route. All of our apartments are furnished with high end appliances, furnishings, and the bedrooms come furnished with a bed, dresser, desk and chair. The amenities of our building are, snack machines in the lobby, common room with cable TV, games, and recreation. There is also a gym on site for those who like to work out.
Rooms are all inclusive pricing including all utilities, parking, WiFi.
The modest single bedroom rents for $649 all inclusive, the larger single rents for $799 and includes 2 dressers, 2 desks and chairs.
For International Students we have “fully furnished apartments”. These rent for an additional $50/4 month term. Your bedroom is supplied with bedding and linen, pillow, & bath towel. The shared apartment is equip with dinnerware
