How will the brackets be determined? I heard someone say that it'll be by league (I.e. Bronze, silver gold = Low Bracket; Plat, Diamond, Master's = High bracket)

u should also consider the relative rankings based on how blizzard does matchups. example, a mid gold player can be playing players ranging from mid silver to mid plat

I can confirm the lower and higher bracket is <= gold and >= platinum

As per prize money distribution, it is still up in the air, rest assured in the end MLC will make it fair. Hey that rhymed. Eg: depends how many low and high bracket players there are, and what the ratio is... If the ratio is close to 1 it may be split evenly between the two, or maybe the high bracket winner makes a bit more money.
