Still not received OSAP?
November 4th, 3/4 finished of first semester, and I still have not received my first installment of OSAP. I have done absolutely everything. I have called MFSAA numerous amount of times, the NSLC who have now changed to a robot so I can't even explain my situation, and the Financial Aid Office (don't even get me started on those women). I have never seen so much attitude from women ever, I understand that it may be "annoying" that students come in to talk to you about money, but it's your job - do it. I have gone to talk to them a NUMEROUS amount of times, only to tell me that 'we are busy, your OSAP should be funded soon' I think 'soon' is way past. Not to mention MFSAA has called me to tell me they expect me to be paying back my loan because Financial Aid has not documented that I am still enrolled (so I had to talk to them, and they said they did it and pretty much told me to get lost and wait for my money) I currently cannot afford rent, or groceries, and am on my last dollar to actually SURVIVE. The last thing a student needs is to worry about money, and right now I can't even concentrate on my studies because of this. I have done everything right, I have filled out all documents on time, but for some reason I have been put aside. I also have gotten a part-time job who told me I would be starting work two months ago, and they still haven't even opened up, so I'm really on my last penny. Has anyone else STILL had problems with OSAP, or find the Financial Aid workers to be EXTREMELY unhelpful?
