Stress
Hello Students!
The Centre of Student Development has another question for you - our topic this month is stress. We want to know a) what are the stresses in your life and b) how do you manage/deal with stress?
Answers posted here will be (anonymously) featured on a display board in the reception of CSD so stop by at the end of the month to see if your answers made the list!
Here are some examples for a response:
My stresses: 1) getting into/applying to grad school, 2) balance work with school, 3) keeping in touch with family during the school year
Ways I deal with stress: 1) Watch a TV show 2) Take a walk 3) Talk with friends
Thanks for your responses!!!

a) Not being able to achieve goals (both academic and non-academic)
b) Video games, TV shows, and generally procrastinating
(although since said goals include stuff like "maintain good grades" and "try being more social this year", none of those are probably good ideas...)

Stress
1)I get really stressed out when I have a difficult prof or TA (too hard of a marker, makes students uncomfortable when answering questions, etc.) I get nervous and I dread going to class.
2) I stress about getting home on time/time management as well. I take the bus and when I have a late class, I feel like I'm rushed to get home and I don't have enough time to study and do homework.
How I cope with stress
1) Watch TV
2) Hang out with friends/boyfriend
3) Nap!

The only thing I stress about?
The fact that I can't afford food and have to resort to eating a bowl of cereal twice a day.
How I deal with this? I dunno, maybe having some food would cure my starvation.

Wow, at first I read that as "worrying about others' future" and I was like, "Why the shit would you care/worry about that..."
XD What a waste of effort, that'd be.
