I've only heard mixed/hilariously sketchy things about Hamilton Strip. But Solid Gold in Burlington is pretty decent. Not very big, but good dancers. My experience at least.

Hamilton Strip (aka Hanorans) is a very small, very dark club. The food sucks but the drinks aren't too expensive. The ladies room is shared space with the dressing room for the dancers and is pretty much the most depressing place I have ever been, kind of killed the experience. Staff are generally friendly.
