If this was three boys that did it to an 11 year old girl, they would be labelled sexual predators but since they're girls, they get out scot-free. This is really disgusting. I love how people are quick to point out double standards against females in today's society, but never mention the double standards which allow them to do things like this and get away with it.

why doesn't the mother want to press charges? COMMON! "i want the parents the punish them" **** that, sue their asses. Im pretty sure if a group of guys did that to a girl they'd all be in juvi so fast the video would still be buffering when their sentence was issued.
Wow that is really messed, what is up with kids nowadays?

Okay, I just watched it again and the guy looked like he was hardly fighting back. What a troll.

Gr 8 girls, that's like ... 12-13 years old ? That should be old enough to get prosecuted. I am pretty sure, when I was 12 years old, I knew that forcefully stripping someone was against the law and an immoral thing to do. Wait I forgot... They're girls, not guys...
I know more about NY law. but at that age they can get charge with a sex crime even though since it is not "serve" the status would be expunged when they turn 18

That's pretty ****ed up.
Like i know kids will be kids, but it stops being a harmless prank when you post that shit online.
You know whats funny? Plenty of <18 year old guys have been charged with possessing child pornography because they got CONSENSUAL nude pics from their [also] under aged girlfriends and it got leaked.
Yet i somehow doubt these young ladies got charged with that offense. Do you honestly think they took the liberty to blur everything?

I totally agree with you. I think the only reason the mother didn't press charges is because she probably didn't want to get more involved with this......situation. If she had taken this to court, the case would have become more widespread and she would be hounded and constantly questioned by the news press and make it even worse for her already traumatized son.
