Is the student centre closed ?
All I can find is "the university is closed" not sure if that means the university services aren't available, or the doors of the university are locked. Anyone know ?

It means services aren't available. Some buildings may also be locked. The student centre is never locked.

A lot of the buildings on campus will be locked but the Student Center is always open.
