Will I be able to get my student ID anytime I want at McMaster? I don't mind waiting in line.

call up the registrars office. they'll tell you whether they've mailed it or if there are still things you need to do, like confirm the payment agreement.

If the OP hasn't sent in the form, they won't get their card.

You should send in the form as soon as you can. I'm not sure if they are able to print the card on the spot or not.
