does anyone know if undergrads can park at the ward ave. parking lot or is it only for grad students?

Parking passes are determined by lottery...so I suppose it is possible, yes.

So you just fill out the application form and mail it to the address at the bottom? If I choose a cheque as my payment method do I include it in the envelope?
