How To Study for Bio 1M03?
The second midterm for this course is coming up and after the first one, I need to do better!!!
If anyone has their own tips or if you're a upper year, please share your tips for how to study for Bio 1M03 tests!

I have Dudley for this test, if that helps.

THANK YOU

The How Humans Evolved Textbook is HORRIBLE. The information will just not stick in my head, and our midterm is 7 chapters of this book :(

Lol when I took this course, How Humans Evolved was a million times better than the prof teaching the evolution section. She doesn't work at McMaster any more...

Just buy an old mid-term. Somebody on this board is selling theirs.

They repeat most of the multiple choice questions so that should give you some free marks.

The McMaster Biology Society is holding a review session as well if you think you may be able to benefit from it.

Are you allowed to buy old midterms?

Technically no since it is copyright infringing but we won't really do anything unless Mac starts complaining. Ask upper years, they may have past midterms saved

It's copyright infringing for sure, and sometimes it can be considered academic dishonesty.
I had a prof in first year absolutely freak out when he found out people were circulating his old midterms around. He immediately started explicitly writing "copyright" on all of his materials, and within the next year or two the university started putting it on all their course outlines.
