Cue cards is still one of the best way to study contents that require vast amount of memorization. There are tons of apps and online services to assist in creation of digital cue cards. Just pick whichever one catches your eyes.
The key is to do self assessment using cue cards throughout the days. Waiting for a class? Test yourself a short section. Doing number 2? You could be doing chapter 2 at the same time.
