Im in Btech and am taking three courses over the summer. The problem is that my electiricity lab conflicts with my math lecture. Theres only one lab component, so i have no idea what to do...is there someone I should see about this? Help!

Depends on if attendance at the math lecture is mandatory or not...

Also if there's ever a test or exam during that slot, you're kinda in a tough place.

Most likely you won't be able to take both courses. In the summer it's really condensed, so each lecture you miss will be like missing a week of classes. And as other people have mentioned, if there is a test during that lecture time you will have to either miss the test or miss the lab (a scheduling conflict is not considered a legitimate reason to get a test rescheduled, since you knew about it and signed up for both courses anyways). Same goes for the exam.

Email the professor or the instructional assistant and see if they can arrange something for you. Email both profs, ideally.

I agree with Leeoku, the best thing to do is to talk to your counsellor about it. Engineering/Btech/Comp sci counsellors are located on the 2nd floor of JHE. I would recommend talking to your counsellor about this issue asap...they will help you out ! It's not your fault that you have that type of conflict.
All the best
