I was wondering where I should start searching for summer job opportunities related to science...I'm in first year life sci and I wanted to take up a job over the summer and get some experience. I currently live in Mississauga and commute to Mac, so I was looking for something maybe within Mississauga and if not, something closer to the campus.

ask people at UTM/St. George Campus if you're considering doing something there

If you want to work in an academic research lab, you need to contact profs directly, which means you need to look up their information and their area of research.

Some organizations (MARS, SickKids, etc) have summer programs with applications and whatnot, look on their website.

The SCCE has a list of places you can look into on their website.

There's also OSCARPlus.
