What can we opt-out and when do we do that?

Nevermind I found out But where do we go to opt out of the health and dental plan?

Only dental and health insurance can be opted out. You can opt out of "OPIRG" supplemental fee, but its only 7 bucks... haha. They do change these thing around occassionally, and if you want to know what's available for a given year, check here.

Opt out form link is in that above link, but should only be active once the year starts (they might change the link, see the MSU website).

Health and dental are usually worth keeping though, unless you're especially fortunate with your own workplace insurance or parents' coverage.
