Switching to Arts from Lifescience?
I am looking to switch programs from Life Science to Arts. Can someone please point me to the right direction

- What are the requirements?
- How is the art program at McMaster?

Thanks!

What do you mean by arts? Fine Arts? Art History? Or do you mean social sciences or humanities? All fall under the umbrella of 'arts'.

I meant fine arts involving studio work.

Go see the school of the arts on the 4th floor of TSH. They will give you information on portfolio requirements and I think it's okay if your CA is a bit low because you're gonna be in it for art. It might be too late to transfer this year though but doesn't hurt to try. My friend who was in business for two years hated it and recently got accepted to the music performance program so hopefully it will work out for you too

Edit for the courses art 1f03/1ff3 which are required to move up could also involve getting permission which you could get in the summer and then take the courses next year.
