switching commerce to econ?
so i heard econ program is for thsoe who failed first year commerce

and im afraid that i could be one of them

ive been searching on mcmaster site yet can't find any useful information

anyone know how does switching to econ thing work

or got econ program description

if you failed any classes last year then yeah say good bye to commerce. As for how to transfer you should talk to an academic advisor.

People get confused because it's called economics and that makes them think of the economy and business stuff. Of course it all makes sense once you take an Econ class.
