Where I grew up my house was located near a ravine, so we would have lots of foxes, deer and other assorted wildlife walking around our streets.
In order to get to school everymorning, I would have to walk down to my bus stop, which wasn't too far away from my house.
Anyways, one particular morning a fox decided to stay right near our house and it just waited there. This worried me because I had to go to school, but if I left the house I wasn't sure if the fox would attack me or not.
So I pondered this for a while and during this time my neighbour's cat came out of nowhere and decided to attack this fox.
It was a terrific sight to see - the fox was trying to catch the cat whilst it jumped around and scratched at it.
My mother took note of this great opportunity and told myself my brother and my sister to run as fast as we could to the bus stop while the fox was distracted.
We did as we were told and the fox never attacked us, probably due to the fact that this cat was still attacking it. This brave cat fought this fox so we could get to school that day - I wish it hadn't because it turns out I failed a test that day too :(
Damn cat...
But I guess to answer Rakim's original question, I guess I'm feeling somewhat nostalglic now.
