I am going to McMaster university for Biotechnology. it is a joint venture between Mowhak college and McMaster. it's a 4 years undergraduate degree. So, is it a good program if you are planning to go into Med School. Are life sciences or health science degrees better than Biotech.

I wouldn't really say that 1 degree is better than another since it really depends on an individual's interests. In terms of applying to med school, you just need to make sure you are taking the prerequisite courses required to apply which are unique to each school.

I agree. You can get into med school with an english degree if you want, just as long as you have the required courses.

I personally find it quite interesting since I'm in Molecular Biology and Genetics. The program covers a wide range of topics and the hands on experience you get is a plus.
