Technology Service Notice
MUSS Email Software Upgrade November 22, 2009
The MUSS email system is scheduled to be out of service for the timeframe outlined below. This service interruption is necessary in order upgrade infrastructure software required to keep the system technically current. Email destined for MUSS will NOT be lost as it will be queued on other servers and will be delivered when MUSS is once again available.
Start Time: 8:00 am
End Time: 1:00 pm

So, I think the quota is gone, so it seems. Or hidden.
I now see "Used: xxMB" instead of "Used: xxMB/15MB"

The quota is still there. If you use a desktop email app you can verify by looking at the account properties that it's still 15MB. :(
