text mendatory for music 1a03 and 1c03?
can anyone tell me if the textbook is necessary for music 1a03 and music 1c03?
I have dr.gerry for 1a03 and dr.argentino for 1c03.

I took Music 1AA3 with Gerry and did not purchase the textbook. From what I've been told, Gerry takes a couple of questions from the book but I found it okay. It didn't affect me at all and I managed to get a 9 in that course >.>

Definitely don't need the book for 1A03 if you have Gerry. Can easily 12 the course as long as you go to class and review the online lecture notes.

No idea for 1C03 though.

But what abt the music pieces? Doesn't that only come with the text book?
We need it for the assignments.

He talks about them and plays in class as well and you don't need to know too much on them. I just downloaded all the music pieces and watched them on youtube.
