So yeah is there a 45 min time limit?
Or
can you log in many times any time during the day to change your core/lab/tut to get the one you desire?

Yup. Solar will kick you out after the 45 mins. Then you'll have to try getting in again as you tried on the 7th to get back in. And once your in, again you have a time limit of 45 mins. You can get into Solar as many times as you want. But once your in Solar, you have to finish up and verify your changes within those 45 mins.

Do you have to confirm the payment agreement each time you make changes? And when is the last day to make online changes to your schedule?

No.. The payment agreement only had to be confirmed once - it only states your method of payment. That's all. & I believe the last day to make changes is Sept. 14 ( http://registrar.mcmaster.ca /registered/index.html). Now this you have to confirm, each time you make changes to your timetable, by clicking "Verify & Check Conflicts".

how do I change by core and tutorials? do I go to solar, same page where I selected my courses?
Also is it ok if I have tutorials before the lecture. For an example I have social psy tutorial on monday morning and then I have my lecture in the evening. There is another course with tutorial on tuesday and lecture on wednesday.

And another question, do the weeks when tutorials and labs of the same subject occur in alternating weeks? or do they occur during the same week together?
And also if i choose LAB 33 does that mean I HAVE TO take tutorial 33??

The answers to those questions depends entirely on the course.

Yes, You go to Solar, on the same page. Beside your courses you'll find drop-downs for Cores/Labs/Tuts & you select whichever you need. I'm not sure about SocSci, but if it's on a Monday you'll probably have to do a little bit of reading beforehand, cuz you might not have touched on the material in class. But don't quote me on this. I hope someone in SocSci confirms this.

The Dropdown will list options (ex. L1, L2, L3, L4, etc) and beside each option it'll state if it's Full or Available. If it's Available (ex. L3 Available) you'll be able to click the option and change your timetable. If it's Full (ex. L2 Full) then you won't.

payment
When you say that you have to confirm your payment agreement, do we also need to pay for our tuition before we are able to change our labs and everything else?
What do they mean by having our fees cleared before tomorrow?
