I know there's one on the first floor but can't seem to find one on the 3rd floor.
I tried to google if there's a floor plan of Mills but did not have luck there either.
So is there one?

By the way they give floor plans when you book study rooms. Since study rooms are only available on floors 1,3, and 4, only those floor plans are available through that particular "method". Here's the link if you are interested. This confirms that there are indeed no washrooms on the 3rd floor.

You know what else they forgot to do with the washrooms in Mills? Put in a buffer area between the room outside and the washroom. Most washrooms you have to go through two sets of doors, or you have to turn a corner. But with the ones in Mills, you just open the door (which is usually open already) and you're already in the heart of the washroom. You can see people pissing from outside -_-

Poor design indeed.
