I can't WAIT for snow. Partially because I love white christmases, and I hate this rainy season thing we've been having lately. Cold rain just sucks. :/

Agree. snow> rain.
If I remember correctly, it didn’t snow last Christmas. I really hope it starts snowing soon!

I have yet to have a green christmas back home and I really hope this year isn't any different. Christmas just isn't christmas without the snow.

I like snow when I'm looking at it from the comfort of my home, I despise it when I have to go outside and deal with the cold and slush.

As someone who regularily walks home at 2AM after Mills closes, I can tell you there has been frost on hte ground for quite a while now.
Go snow!

I totally agree with you. The worst part is, here in Hamilton, at least in my street, they never and I mean never plow the side walks. I love winter but when I have to walk to class and the sidewalks are filled with snow, I automatically wished it was summer.

It's because the people living on the streets are supposed to clean off the sidewalk in front andaround their house/business. If everyone did what they were supposed to do, then it wouldn't be so bad.

I am not a winter hater... but I hope the snow holds off as long as possible, simply because I'm too lazy to go get my winter tires put on...
As for people not clearing their sidewalks, I wonder if it might be a good idea to organize a group of students willing to walk along a bunch of the streets with shovels after it snows and just clear things. It's not bad if you do it right away. I'm sure a lot of the residents are older and have trouble doing it, and it would really help us students as well since we wouldn't have to walk in the snow.
