ThinkRecycle: Exec positions and volunteer opportunities available!
Hi Everyone,
Mac’s ThinkRecycle program is an environmental sustainability initiative aimed at diverting unwanted electronics from landfills so they can be safely disposed of. As a result of ThinkRecycle’s continual expansion efforts, we are currently looking for new volunteers to help the program run smoothly by filling the following positions:- Monitor: Responsible for checking assigned boxes around campus and updating us on the boxes’ capacities.
- Mover: Transfer items from filled boxes and prepare them for shipment.
- Shipper: Ensure boxes are dispatched by affixing shipping labels and transporting them to the MUSC loading dock.
We are also looking for organized and detail-oriented individuals interested in applying for our Summer Coordinator and 2013-2014 Assistant Coordinator positions which involve overseeing our volunteers while maintaining, optimizing and promoting the growth of the program.
