another great point to add in terms of profit. is this considered a price increase? As in, will their new medium be the same price as their old large?

You aren't the only one Tho I only put 1 cream in a medium, rather than 7/6

FWIW, the new extra large, served as a double double, has a whopping 320 calories, 16g fat and 39g sugar. Yeehaw!
Just reading that gives me a stomach ache.

Yeah, except in the US it's been like that for years, plus the prices are actually lower. :/

While working for McDs, I got some pretty gross coffee orders... such as a large coffee with 5 creams, 5 sugars and half hot water.

This is why one should just get tea with two milks. An extra large is only 40 cals.

No one's mentioned Second Cup. Their coffee size is huge, too. A medium is like a large anywhere else (except Mickey D's apparently).

My dad swears that McD's coffee is better. He's also an honorary Colombian, so there's that.

I agree. I worked at Timmies for four years so perhaps that taints my opinion of it, but I do prefer McDonald's coffee.

Most fast food places in the US are like this. Even with places that we have in Canada too (ie. McDonalds), the US sizes are bigger than Canada's.

What the hell are you talking about?
I'm still paying $1.60 for the SAME amount of coffee, it's just called a medium now, instead of a large... learn to read.
